Preorders: Preorders allow you to order products before they are released. You can make a full or partial payment at the time a pre-order is made. The order ships once it becomes available, which depends on the volume of pre-orders and complexity of the garment. If a partial payment is made, the remainder will be charged to your payment method upon shipment.

Processing time: Orders will process and ship within 4-5 business days. If there are delays due to order volume or inventory, you will be notified via email. Shipping Cost: We order free, standard shipping for orders over $200 to Canada, USA and Australia. For express delivery shipping, cost is calculated at checkout depending on your location.

To USA: 7-10 business days

To Australia: 10-14 business days
